Why does someone need a criminal defense attorney if they're guilty? Well, often the prosecution and the court doesn't know the backstory. It's not about getting someone off the hook on a technicality. It's doing a legal breakdown of what got them there. Sometimes they don't understand that this is a good person who had one bad day. And we absolutely love doing that work where we can explain to the court what happened in this person's life that led a good person to make these bad choices on one bad day. βš–οΈ
