POV: You look at the calendar and realize the BER months start this week. 😳😂

We are officially entering the “Wait... what happened to the rest of the year?” phase.

But before we start decorating for the holidays (too soon? 😉), there's still plenty happening around here!

What if you didn't have to wait for the market to be perfect to make your next move?

The SOLD sign gets the photo. The work behind it rarely does.

There are conversations that happen before a home ever hits the market. Decisions that don't make it into the closing-day picture. Adjustments, follow-ups, questions, and moments when experience helps turn “What do we do now?” into “We've got this.”

And that's what we're celebrating today.
