LEGAL ASSISTANT – Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Manage calendars, schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings
• Maintain and organize case files (electronic and physical)
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Prepare correspondence and coordinate filings with courts
• Handle general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a legal setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
