Big Win For Our Team This Week!!

Our Of Council with the firm, ChaLea Tisdale scored big time! A case dismissal of 2 counts of attempted murder and shooting into unoccupied vehicle. The client was facing a sentence of 20 to life. Got thrown out in the first round. The takeaway from this is the description of “tall skinny male” and the words” I thought or think” is not enough to establish probable cause.
