The Aughtman Law Firm is pleased to be representing over 45 homeowners in Montgomery County regarding defective water pipes. The pipes are known as PEX Tubing. The pipes prematurely rupture and leak causing major damage to homes. The pipes are manufactured by Canadian company BOW Plumbing Group. Our clients are seeking to hold BOW responsible and for compensation for thousands of dollars they have been forced to spend repairing their homes.
