On March 7th, 2024, a few days after his birthday, the late Tyrone C. Means, Esq. will be inducted into the Alabama Lawyers Association Hall of Fame along with three of his esteemed colleagues Honorable Shelbonnie Coleman Hall, LaBarron Boone, Esq. and Debora Byrd Walker, Esq. at the Alabama Lawyers Association Hall of Fame Gala.

He and his esteemed colleagues will be joining the prestigious list of attorneys in the Alabama Lawyers Association Hall of Fame that includes Civil Rights Attorneys Fred Gray and Solomon Seay, who he worked for early in his legal career.

The Alabama Lawyers Association Hall of Fame honors attorneys whose courage, intellectual accomplishments, professional achievements and community contributions deserve the highest recognition.

Thank you Alabama Lawyers Association. The Means Family is thankful, thrilled and honored that you would recognize and honor Tyrone C. Means’ legacy, accomplishments and contributions to the legal field and community.

Hello, I want to introduce myself to those who may not know me. I'm the late Attorney Tyrone C. Means' daughter, Attorney Tiffany G. Means. I am now monitoring my father's page and have turned it into an in memoriam page to keep his memory and legacy alive. I wanted to let his followers know that I am proud to announce that I started my own firm, The Means Firm, serving Birmingham, Montgomery and surrounding areas.

Inspired by the legacy of my father, I founded The Means Firm in 2022. I plan to continue his legacy using the same principles, values, commitment and dedication he had when he started his firm in 1981, and which he continued for over 40 years.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, I am proud to announce that I have started my own firm, The Means Firm. Inspired by the legacy of my father, the late Attorney Tyrone C. Means, I founded The Means Firm in 2022.
