Preserving local history requires dedicated advocates, and Graham Neeley is helping lead that effort through his service on the Landmarks Foundation Board of Directors.

The Landmarks Foundation works to identify and preserve historic properties, raise awareness of their significance, and protect the places that tell Montgomery’s story. The organization also operates Old Alabama Town, one of the city’s most recognized historic attractions.

For more than 18 years, Jim Rives has dedicated his time and talents to serving Trinity Presbyterian Church and the Montgomery community.

In addition to teaching the New Mercies Sunday School class, Jim has served as an Elder, Session Clerk, and Chairman of the Restorative Care Ministry Team. Through these roles, he has helped support and care for members of the church community for nearly two decades.

This month, we’re highlighting Cowin Knowles, a partner in our Montgomery office.

Cowin’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation, trucking litigation, and workers’ compensation matters. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across Alabama and is a past president of the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Throughout his career, Cowin has built a broad litigation practice and remains actively involved in both the legal profession and the Montgomery community.
