🏡💰Making an offer on a house? You'll need an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). This isn't an extra fee!

💡 The Point: Earnest money is your "good faith" deposit. It goes into a neutral escrow account and, at closing, is applied directly to your down payment or closing costs.
