William K. Abell is managing partner of Abell & Bragg, LLC. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama, focusing primarily on catastrophic injury claims, workers’ compensation, social security, and personal injury. He has recovered many substantial verdicts on behalf of his clients and has even served as a featured speaker at seminars throughout the state. He has also co-authored The Trial Handbook for Alabama Lawyers, 2nd Edition.
Before earning his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 1979, William Abell graduated cm laude from Troy State University with his Bachelor’s degree. While in law school, he served as the President of Sigma Delta Kappa legal fraternity. Upon graduation, he went on to practice in the areas of criminal, civil and domestic litigation.

Good Morning from CC, our feral firm kitty. A few years ago, she had kittens under our office building. We had her trapped & spayed. She likes to sit in front of my window when she’s hungry because she knows I will alert Bill. He feeds her twice a day. He puts treats in her wet food 😂 She’s very spoiled.
