I’m grateful to have worked alongside a great team throughout the transaction, but the MVP award definitely goes to our outstanding real estate attorney, Joseph Valente, who expertly guided our clients through the paperwork and process of purchasing a co-op.

Unlike a condo, purchasing a co-op means buying shares in a corporation, and a board must approve the buyer’s application. Co-ops are usually priced less than Condo's but there's a lot more required in the transaction with a co-op. Either way we got it done! Yea!
