To clarify- I had to raise the level of my basement up when we poured the concrete.

Anyways- Infinitely more important than almost every quality of life metric, is the quality of your neighbors

This project has been a massive headache to my neighbors and they’ve shown understanding, compassion & collaboration that only a Newark Legend could.

Doesn’t hurt that they are both Galician - it’s in Spain and is potentially the homeland to the most underrated community in the world 🌎

A bit of a nerd moment. I love real estate & the numbers of it. You can see the downward trend in Newark for unit amounts. I will boil this down to three reasons:

1. Increase in interest rates- people cannot afford to buy so they are stuck in their current houses. The same can be said with investing- why sell a 3 family you have a 3% interest rate on to reinvest at a 7% rate.

2. Overall positive sentiment towards Newark development. Home owners of Newark KNOW their property has immense value today & moving forward.

3. Believe it or not- misinformed hope. Many buyers think the market will tank and are waiting for prices to drop. This is not the case and will only lead to them being priced out even further in the future.

Humble brag, I am HONORED to see that my team went from selling about 5% of homes sold in newark to 8% over the past few years. Our goal is to be at 20 as the #1 choice for those looking to thrive through real estate in the great city of NEWARK (pronounced, NORK). 🏡
