Snohomish County saw price drops continue in September, with 52% of homes selling only after a reduction, giving buyers real room to negotiate. Even so, the median residential sold price barely moved, dipping 2% from August to $750,000 and matching last year exactly. Just over half of homes closed within 30 days.
