William Goldfarb and Alex Woodyard were featured again in NC Lawyer’s Weekly for a recent 2 million dollar settlement in a case they litigated here in NC. The case also had a Tennessee Workers compensation component wherein the injured Plaintiff is now receiving lifetime medical benefits for his injuries. Today our office celebrated its 25th year of business representing people injured by the carelessness of other individuals and entities. The Law Offices of William K. Goldfarb is currently the only personal injury law firm in Union County that is still in existence after 25 years and going strong. William and his team have helped thousands of injured people fight against big corporate insurance companies in order to obtain compensation for their losses and injuries. There are many things that separate William and his office from other firms. Our office is a litigation firm with trial lawyers. We are not like the law firms you see advertising on TV, we are not a settlement mill that takes any case in to get a quick settlement. Rather, we are a firm with a reputation for adding value to cases and obtaining great results for injured people. We are a firm that is not afraid to file a lawsuit and take it to court and obtain a verdict. These are just a few of the reasons we are presently the only personal injury law firm in Union County that has been in business for the past 25 years. William Goldfarb makes the front page of North Carolina Lawyers Weekly. A Hispanic client fired Attorney Stefan Latorre and sought representation from The Law Offices of William K. Goldfarb and Bill Hart in a personal injury case involving catastrophic injuries. William and Bill fought for and obtained a multi-million dollar settlement for the client, which was considerably more than Attorney Latorre had urged the client to take when representing him. Congratulations to William and Bill for fighting hard for clients and getting great results.
