While living here in Monroe area, on Old Owen and near Woods Creek, I've noticed that Notary and Signing services are nearly 100% by appointment only.

But life doesn't happen by appointment only.

I'm a mobile Notary Public that is available night and day. If you call, I come to help. While I can make appointments, that's not where my focus is. Also, all meetings and appointments are at my discretion, life happens and I'm a SAHD (stay at home dad) with a 7 YO daughter that is CoOp homeschooled.

PRICES
same day (usually within a couple hours) $15 per signatory
next day (will need an appointment time) $12 per signatory
these both include -
Witnessing or attesting a signature,
Authorized Representative Review & Verification I-9,
Taking acknowledgement upon oath or affirmation,
Certifying or Attesting a Copy,
Receiving or noting a protest of a negotiable instrument
Being present at demand, tender, or deposit and noting the same

Administering and oath or Affirmation $25 per signatory
Certifying that an even has occurred or an act has been performed $25 per signatory
