Rebecca Robison and Sherrie Smith are soon forming Robison Smith Law, PLLC and bringing their years of experience to a new practice with a focus on family law.

James Allen Lee will be transitioning this summer to an in-house role at a local business.

R. Kenneth Helms, Jr., Stephen M. Bennett, and Nicole Price will remain at the firm, which will soon rename as Helms Bennett, PA. Ken, Stephen, and Nicole will continue to focus on civil litigation, business law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and estate administration.

We wish Rebecca, James Allen, and Sherrie great success going forward. All of the trusted legal capability that HRLB brings to the community is staying within the community. As we get closer to the transition we’ll be sharing more.
