Last night, I was feeling grateful for my home, my heat and my health in these dropping temperatures. But not everyone enjoys those privileges.

In Stanislaus County, SAN has spent over a decade standing up for and with Older Adults who traditional lack resources and access to resources that would help them secure their housing, pay their bills and thrive in our community.

So for this , we would love to be among the organizations that you donate to. Your dollars help a small, local nonprofit provide legal and housing services to our county's Older Adults. Beyond that, it also helps us create jobs in an equitable way right here in Modesto.

Senior Advocacy Network is excited to bring a FREE housing rights workshop to Planada next week at Sacred Heart Church from 5-7pm. Our workshop is open to all ages, with priority given to seniors (60+). Learn how to protect your rights as a tenant or homeowner as well as your natural disaster rights for those affected by the recent flooding.

Senior Advocacy Network se complace en traer un taller GRATUITO sobre derechos de vivienda a Planada la próxima semana en la Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón de 5 a 7 p.m. Nuestro taller está abierto a todas las edades, con prioridad para las personas mayores (60+). Aprenda a proteger sus derechos como inquilino o propietario de una vivienda, así como los derechos ante desastres naturales de las personas afectadas por las recientes inundaciones.

Senior Advocacy is bringing the first of our many mobile legal clinics to seniors (60+) in Planada next week at the Bear Creek Apartment from 10am-2pm! Appointments are encouraged. Even if a senior is not the primary tenant or homeowner, they still have rights—we encourage those affected by the recent floods or other housing related issues to come and ask their legal questions. Family members are welcome to join the senior for the consultation.

Senior Advocacy traerá la primera de nuestras muchas clínicas legales móviles para personas mayores (60+) en Planada la próxima semana en Bear Creek Apartamentos de 10am a 2pm! Se animan las citas. Incluso si una persona mayor no es el inquilino principal o el propietario de la vivienda, aún tiene derechos—alentamos a los afectados por las inundaciones recientes u otros problemas relacionados con la vivienda a que vengan y hagan sus preguntas legales. Los miembros de la familia pueden unirse a la persona mayor para la consulta.
