Hi folks, I want to remind everybody of this rule for accidents involving a Hit and Run driver. You have to report it to your insurance company AND YOU MUST REPORT IT TO THE COPS WITHIN 24 HOURS. It's crucial to your case and if you don't, it can result in a denial of coverage.That means your precious ride will not be repaired and your medical bills will not get paid. Obviously, the insurance company will not tell you this. Actually, they will tell you later when they say "We are denying you coverage because you didn't report it to the police within 24 hours." SUCKA! So save your own hide. And a friend's or family member's by sharing this! Thank you.

Hi folks, hope everybody is having a good week. I just wanted to let everybody know that when you get in car wreck, the person that gave you his/her insurance card, may not be always giving you a valid insurance card. This is because they may not have paid their monthly premiums, so the insurance company cancelled their insurance, but they are still riding around with it. Also, even if they give it to the cops, the cops have no way of checking if there is valid coverage. It comes as shock to most of my clients when I tell them the card doesn't mean that there is valid coverage. Sometimes, I'll call the insurance to start a claim and they'll tell me that there is no coverage, the insurance is invalid. The ONLY way to protect yourself is to get Uninsured Motorist Coverage. So please, check your policy. It cost like 10-20 dollars extra a month, but it's well worth it. Also, I can't stress this enough, there is not such thing as FULL COVERAGE. Hi folks, I hope everybody is getting a good start to the week. Just want to remind everybody that it's extremely important for you to get a dash cam. Police officers are no longer responding to most car accidents and there is no police reports. However, if you have a dash cam, it will definitely help your case when it is a he said/she said accident. This usually occurs when both parties claim they had a green light. If you had a dash cam, then you are going to save yourself a lot of stress later on. The cost of a dash cam is between 50-100 bucks.
