Happy Fathers day to all the dads. Here is a picture of me with my father at the campaign headquarters circa 1969. I would have been around 10 years old. It was an interesting childhood. I wish he was still around today. I would like to get his views on things.

Today is a day of both happy and sad news. Theresa Williamson, who has been a vital part of the Mims Firm for over 25 years, and who has been a trusted colleague and friend, was appointed today by Governor Ivey to the position of Circuit Judge for Mobile County. She will hear and decide divorce and custody cases, and will bring to the bench the same heart and dedication that she has demonstrated at our firm for the last 25 years. While we hate to see her leave, we are proud of her, and wish her great success in the future. She was blessed with overwhelming support of the bar and public, and we are proud that our firm could play a small part in her success.

The Termite swarm season has now started at The Mims home, which means they could soon be attacking your home as well. If you see signs of termites eating your home, call your Pest control company, and if they dont respond call us. They know who we are.
