NEVER consent to a search of house and/or home. Make the government obtain a warrant.

If the government has to ask, it has no probable cause or legal exception to conduct a warrantless search. If you are saying, “Well, if you got nothing to hide….,” just drive off a bridge now 🙄 as you Google the Bill of Rights.

NEVER discuss your day with the government. It does not need to know where you are going, where are you have been, or how much money you have in your possession.

WHY would the government need to know how much legal tender (cash) you have? It WILL steal the cash from you, whether it is $5000 $10,000, or $20,000. It will then make you spend time and money to prove this legal tender (legal is in the name!) was not obtained illegally. It is the exact opposite of due process.

In Georgia, a state trooper stole a client’s money while on his way to purchase a salvage vehicle he wished to customize. The government actually said in a report that the client was “suspiciously eating a hamburger” he just purchased at the last exit to justify an illegal search. Not a joke. It then kept him on the side of the road for 45 minutes, ripped his car apart, finding NO drugs, let him go, but then stole his $8500 cash. Client even asked the road agent to call the dealership 5 exits up while trying to hand the trooper the salesman’s card. The government refused. Luckily, we got the money back. However, the government expects you to give up when it steals from you.

Remember, your money is your money. You do not have to explain to a 22 year-old on the side of the road why you have “legal” tender in your pocket. If you want to cash your entire paycheck and drive to Biloxi, it’s none of that 22-year-old’s business. Zero, none, nada. Just because he has a badge and a funny hat doesn’t mean he gets to psychoanalyze your life and steal from you.

Walsh Law WINS again! The names and jurisdiction have been changed to protect the parties. The Client was charged with harassment after some not-so-nice communication with the alleged Victim.

The “Victim” who is a nurse, slept with Client’s husband. Bad, right? That might be something you would want to keep to yourself. Well, not Victim. She began reaching out to a local Trans Influencer to find the identity of the man’s wife (Client) because she wanted to brag about sleeping with him, not only sleeping with him, but accepting money to do so. Yes, this is a nurse who bragged about getting “paid for p….” Her words, not mine.

Anyway, Client gets wind of the adultery and the woman bragging about being a pr******te with her husband. Understandably, Client tells Victim to chill and if not, prepare to have that ass beat. Well, because we are apparently living in the Twilight Zone, adulterous Victim was allowed to file criminal charges against Client. It’s truly mind-blowing. Client was arrested. She quickly hired Walsh Law.

In City of Bizarro v. Client, Walsh Law obtained a DISMISSAL yesterday on the day of trial.
