I currently represent Candace Davis, the surviving spouse of my former client Justin Davis. Justin lost his life in a tragic industrial accident at the Calgon Carbon Corporation plant in Bay St. Louis Mississippi last week.

Almost immediately after his death, misinformation was spread about the circumstances, such that my client and her family requested I make an attempt to set the record straight with a press statement. I have done so and would encourage you to read it, below. I would also ask for your prayers and support of Candace and the family of Justin Davis. He was a fine young man and will be sorely missed.
