BEFORE YOU LIST THIS FALL… 🍁
Here are 4 inexpensive things you can do now to be ready:

1. Pressure Wash the home's exterior, as well as the driveway and sidewalks.

2. Freshen up your landscaping with fresh mulch and fall plants & flowers. This will create great curb-appeal and drive buyer interest.

3. Touch up exterior & interior paint. If you have a room that is painted the color of your favorite sports team, invest a little time and money to paint it a more neutral color. Buyers will have WAY more interest if they feel the house is move-in ready and that they don't have projects to address before moving in.

4. Declutter the garage. If you are using your garage as a storage unit to declutter your house for listing, conside renting a storage unit for a couple of months to store all non-essentials and get that garage emptied. Garages are one of those areas that typically makes it on a buyer's TOP FIVE list of "Must Haves". A cluttered garage will not look very spacious. Especially if you plan to promote the garage as a selling feature.

Whether doing it yourself, or paying someone to accomplish these items for you, the money or time spent on these areas will bring HUGE dividends when the offers start rolling in.
