Dixon Injury Law is hiring a Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal for a full-time, hybrid remote position based in Walton County, Florida.

This role supports pre-suit and litigation matters from intake through resolution and is ideal for an experienced legal assistant or paralegal who can work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of assigned cases in a boutique personal injury firm.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and settlement demands
• Requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records and billing
• Tracking treatment, liens, and damages
• Calendaring deadlines and maintaining organized electronic case files

What we’re looking for:
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Personal injury experience preferred (but not required)
