Morphew is the founding principal of Morphew Law Office, P.L.L.C. and he has over 20 years of experience in many areas of the law. Morphew practices primarily in the areas of eminent domain, minimum compensation and relocation benefits law with an emphasis on business/commercial clients. Morphew also practices in the area of real estate law, land use, special assessment appeals and litigation. Mor

phew has successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials, commissioners' hearings, administrative appeal hearings and appellate cases. Morphew is currently the President of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute, Vice-Chair of the Eminent Domain Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association and a Commissioner on the Monticello Economic Development Authority. Morphew is a former Board Member of FiberNet Monticello, a community owned telecommunications company. Morphew has also been a contributing author and speaker on several Continuing Legal Education courses on the topics of eminent domain and relocation benefits law.
