We have an exciting event coming up this week Nov 12, from 7-8pm on Zoom! We will be having a panel discussion with Allison Mann and Michael Brodkorb, the authors of The Girls are Gone, about the book and true story of the disappearance and reunification of the girls and the family law issues that came with it. We will also be speaking with Mr. Rucki's lawyer, Lisa Elliott. Please join in our discussion on this zoom link: https://stthomas.zoom.us/j/92132351024

Here is a brief description of the book, The Girls are Gone: "On the evening of April 19, 2013, Samantha and Gianna Rucki disappeared. Two of five children born to David Rucki and Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, the teenage sisters vanished in the midst of their parents divorce.
The girls father, David Rucki, worked tirelessly with law enforcement to search day and night for his two missing daughters, following every lead while raising three remaining children at home. Their mother, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, used her newfound freedom to vacation around the world, abandoning her children. And as the investigation intensified, catching the attention of the media, Sandra also disappeared.
The Girls Are Gone is the true story of two sisters who went missing, the father who kept searching, and the adults who conspired to keep the truth hidden."

If you would like to find out more about the story before the event, here is a YouTube link to a 20/20 special about the girls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEZz6Wt8iPw and here is a link to a podcast discussion with the authors about the book https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/john-w-taylor/twisted/e/57740546.

We look forward to seeing you all at our event!
