CASE DISMISSED! Amber Johnson secured a dismissal of ALL 6 FELONY COUNTS in a presumptive commit case. Officers zeroed in on her client from the start despite exonerating evidence. When the state had to prove they had probable cause to require her client to stand trial, the state agreed their evidence was lacking to secure a conviction. Client is happy and can move on with his life. That is the most important part!

Law enforcement’s response to the incident: “She was an addict and we just used her as an informant like we’ve done a million times before. Looking back, it’s easy to say, ‘What if?’”

And she got charged with a crime she allegedly committed before she cooperated! “Just three weeks after her recorded assault, the woman was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an arrest that happened about a month before the sting.”
