These recognitions come at a particularly meaningful time in Traci’s practice. On January 1, 2026, she transitioned away from family law litigation and began focusing exclusively on alternative dispute resolution, including family law mediation and arbitration, moderated settlement conferences, Early Neutral Evaluations, and Special Master work.

After more than 37 years of representing clients in family law litigation, Traci has found great professional satisfaction in helping people resolve difficult family matters thoughtfully and constructively, giving them an opportunity to resolve their disputes without litigation. This next chapter allows her to focus entirely on that work.

As a solo practitioner, Traci is especially grateful for the trust her clients and professional colleagues have placed in her throughout her career and for the opportunity to continue serving the family law community in this new capacity.
