Davis Immigration Lawyers, a leading Minneapolis immigration law firm, is seeking a paralegal/case manager to work with attorneys on various immigration law matters, including applications for temporary work visas, permanent residence, labor certifications, and naturalization.

Need: Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive work ethic, comfortable with high volume/short deadline law practice, superior writing and communication skills, team orientation, and commitment to immigrant rights.

Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in second language (preferably Spanish), and prior experience in the field.

Davis Immigration Lawyers, a leading Minneapolis immigration law firm, is seeking a paralegal/case manager to work with attorneys on various immigration law matters, including applications for temporary work visas, permanent residence, labor certifications, removal & deportation, naturalization, and asylum.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Collecting, examining, and organizing evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation;
· Tracking deadlines, monitoring expiration dates, maintaining database, and efficiently balancing workload;
· Requesting, reviewing, drafting, proofreading, and organizing client documentation/file;
· Responding to client inquiries and managing client expectations based on current process timelines;
· Managing client billing per stage;
· Answering and transferring phone calls;
· Screening calls thoroughly and scheduling consultations with appropriate attorney;
· Preparing and providing appropriate checklists/questionnaires;
· Conducting relevant and comprehensive research;
· Continuously developing and managing process improvement strategies.
