Noma One Apartments officially celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting last month, bringing together the teams and partners helping shape this Brooklyn Park community’s next chapter.

The Corridor team was proud to be there alongside city leaders, community members, and our Management partner, GC Multifamily, to celebrate the progress happening across the property and the momentum still ahead. With 30+ leases already secured and over 30 more pending, the future is bright for this 834 unit lease-up!

It was a great opportunity to recognize the work behind Noma One’s transformation and spend time with the people making it happen.

Corridor continues to grow as we welcome Ryan Lathrobe as our newest Leasing Agent.

Ryan brings more than five years of leasing experience to the team, most recently with Level 10. That background gives him a strong foundation in prospect communication, touring, and the day-to-day ex*****on it takes to keep leasing momentum moving.

Corridor is back at Fenview Flats Apartments, returning to the property we originally helped lease up more than two years ago.

After successfully supporting the initial lease-up, our team stepped away as the property moved into its next phase. Now, developer-owner Vishal Dutt has brought Corridor back in to help strengthen leasing and support stabilization once again.

There’s something especially meaningful about being invited back to a property where we already know the asset, the market, and what it takes to create leasing momentum.

Many thanks to Vishal for the continued trust. We’re excited to be partnering again and getting back to work at Fenview Flats.

Over that time, Corridor has had the opportunity to support leasing at The Moerty Apartments, Trademark, and Blaise, building a relationship that has grown through consistent collaboration, trust, and a shared focus on strong property performance. Plus, we are excited to celebrate all three properties at 100% leased for the rest of the year!

Corridor is proud to begin a new partnership supporting Mid Continent Management Corporation across 13 communities throughout the Twin Cities.

The portfolio includes 776 apartment homes across communities in Burnsville, Apple Valley, Roseville, St. Paul, and beyond, making this one of the largest client engagements in Corridor’s history.

The partnership officially kicked off a few weeks ago, and we’re already seeing applications and leases come through. More importantly, the MCMC team has been exceptional to work with from the start, and we’re grateful for the trust they’ve placed in us.

We’re looking forward to supporting their team and building a strong partnership across all 13 communities.

Some projects feel bigger the moment they begin. The Setting on France is one of them.

Corridor is proud to be leading leasing for this 150-unit new development on France Avenue in Edina, steps from the Galleria and designed to deliver a truly elevated residential experience.

Developed by Afton Park Development & Great States Development, The Setting represents one of the highest-end lease-ups Corridor has taken on to date, and we’re excited to bring a leasing strategy built to match the caliber of the property.

Johannes Nixon will lead leasing on-site, with Angie overseeing the lease-up and Ryan managing the inside leasing operation behind the scenes. Together, the team will be focused on fast lead response, disciplined follow-up, and strong absorption from day one.

Pre-leasing begins September 15th, with opening anticipated for April 2027.

Brodie has been instrumental in Corridor’s growth, not only through the work he has done, but through the perspective, experience, and steady influence he has brought along the way. He has helped shape the way we operate, the way we think, and the kind of company we continue working to become.

The impact he has made extends well beyond our own team. Brodie is deeply respected by his colleagues as well as by the clients he has worked alongside. Noma One Apartments is Corridor’s largest client engagement to date: an 834-unit community undergoing a massive renovation under new ownership and management. Apartments are being fully remodeled, amenity spaces are being reimagined, and the property is steadily building toward an entirely new resident experience.

Now more than one month into this partnership, GC Real Estate team has trusted Corridor to keep leasing moving and coordinating closely with ownership, management and marketing to communicate both what is available today and what is coming next.

A new title for one of Corridor’s most experienced agents.

Johannes Nixon has been promoted to Senior Leasing Agent, recognizing the experience, consistency, and results he has brought to Corridor and our clients.

The Senior Leasing Agent role represents an important next step as our team continues to grow. In addition to leasing ex*****on, Johannes will take on expanded client-facing responsibilities and serve as one of the experienced voices helping set the standard for newer agents across the team.

Corridor is expanding its partnership with Reacor at Pineview Apartments in White Bear Lake.

Set across seven acres near White Bear Lake, Pineview is entering a new chapter under Reacor’s management, with plans for refreshed common areas, parking lot improvements, and continued apartment renovations as homes become available.

Corridor will support the community with focused leasing ex*****on, responsive lead management, and the sales discipline needed to build momentum throughout the transition.
