🏡 What's Happening in the Columbus Real Estate Market?
If you've been wondering whether it's a good time to buy or sell in Central Ohio, here's a quick market update!
📈 Inventory is improving, giving buyers more choices than they've had over the past few years. While we're seeing more homes come on the market, inventory is still relatively tight compared to many other parts of the country, which continues to support home values.
💰 Home prices remain resilient. Although some neighborhoods are experiencing more price adjustments than we've seen in recent years, well-priced homes in desirable areas are still attracting strong interest and selling quickly.
⏳ Timing matters. The average home in the Columbus area is spending about a month on the market, but move-in-ready homes that are priced correctly are often receiving offers much sooner.
