Many of you have spoken with or met the friendly faces at the front office of M. Scott Properties, but today we'd like to introduce you to the heart of our Property Management Department.

For nearly three decades, Monika Cavnar and Kelly Jo Ivey have worked side by side, building lasting relationships and earning the trust of hundreds of property owners. Together, they oversee the management of more than 600 rental properties throughout Carson Valley and the surrounding communities with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.
