In honor of yesterday's World Baking Day, here's a quick, easy and delicious dessert recipe:

One white or yellow boxed cake mix - make the cake batter exactly as it says to on the box, except add one individual sized container of strawberry yogurt, and mix well.

In a small bowl, toss rhubarb pieces in a bit of sugar to coat, then toss in the bottom of your greased cake pan. Add the batter on top, and bake as directed. It's that easy!
