🚨VICTORY: Arrowhead senior Sarianne was told she couldn’t include a Bible verse in her graduation slideshow. WILL helped her fight back, and now the school district has apologized and agreed to a settlement.

The First Amendment doesn’t stop where faith begins.👇

We had so many thoughtful and patriotic students enter our America 250: What Freedom Means to Me Contest.

Congratulations Lucy, from Onalaska. Continue to be an example for the next generation!

A Wisconsin Judge sided with WILL and struck down Milwaukee County’s unconstitutional carve-out to keep millions from the Common School Fund.

That money belongs in all Wisconsin school libraries, not a special Milwaukee slush fund. More below:

WILL attended the State Policy Network’s annual conference this week to share the impact we are making here in Wisconsin across the entire country. We had a busy week:

WILL Deputy Counsel Lucas Vebber joined a panel of leading attorneys, including Collin Roth of the State Policy Network, to discuss best practices for building a winning, pro-freedom legal infrastructure at the state level.

One of our recent litigation wins (Faust v. Rollins) was selected as a finalist for a Bob Williams Award in the "Securing Durable Freedom" category.

WILL was also honored to receive the “Excellence in Storytelling Award” for our documentary highlighting classroom behavior issues in Wisconsin.

WILL's work on this issue was discussed at a panel on classroom behavior at SPN, where WILL Policy Director Kyle Koenen shared solutions WILL is driving in Wisconsin.

WILL's property tax calculator, which shows Wisconsin families what repealing Act 10 would cost them, was featured at the State Policy Network's Excellence in Research session at their national conference. Will Flanders discussed how WILL’s work has made clear just how expensive it would be for taxpayers to roll back these critical reforms.

Rounding out the SPN conference, WILL was honored with the State Policy Network’s first-ever “Civics Prize” for a forthcoming project that will bring constitutional principles to classrooms around the nation.

WILL Policy Director Kyle Koenen accepted the prize on behalf of the team earlier today. We’re excited to get to work on this important initiative.

Young Americans were promised a college degree would deliver opportunity. For many, it instead delivered debt and disillusionment. Dr. Samuel Gregg explains how that shift helps fuel socialism’s rise. Hear the full conversation👇
