It is with profound sadness we share that our President, Dan Rottier, has passed away.

Dan was not only a visionary leader, but a mentor to many within the firm and the legal community. For many years, his exceptional leadership and talent inspired those around him. Dan fostered a culture of strong advocacy for our clients and inspired our trial lawyers to seek and fight for the best possible result in every case. Dan was deeply committed to advocacy and the right to trial by jury, he dedicated his life to upholding the values we hold dear.

His legacy as one of the nation’s best plaintiff's lawyers will live on through the clients for whom he fought so tirelessly and the success of the hundreds of lawyers he mentored through his nearly five-decade legal career.

Pop Top Goal Achieved

All 13 Habush locations pulled together to collect pop tops for the Annual Ronald McDonald House Tab Toss Day! We ended up collecting over 40,000 pop tops for donation. Recycling the tabs off of soda cans helps the Ronald McDonald House in its mission of keeping families together while their children are going through treatment for serious conditions.
