Love to see the Maura Healey admin’s investment in the fire service!
ENGINE 9 TO REMAIN IN SERVICE! 🚒🚨
We are pleased to share that Engine 9 will remain open and actively serving the residents of this great city! Following discussions, Governor Maura Healey and the Healey-Driscoll Administration have committed $1.3 million in Municipal Public Safety Staffing (MPSS) funding to keep Engine 9 in service.
This victory would not have been possible without strong leadership and relentless advocacy.
