Congratulations to Universal Mortgage & Finance, Inc. for its successful defense of the Brian McPeake class action lawsuit filed in Baltimore County Circuit Court. On September 24, 2024, a Baltimore County jury returned its verdict siding with Universal Mortgage & Finance, Inc. and against the class. There have been dozens of such similar lawsuits filed by the same law firm over the past ten years with this action being the first one fully tried. A special thank you to the witnesses and jurors for their participation during the two plus week trial.
