Just sold! 🏠🎉

My client was on the hunt for property with land over an acre, after exploring Oso, Arlington, and Stanwood, we landed in breathtaking Camano Island! 🏝️I can’t wait to see this first-time buyer settle into his new place & enjoy the space!

An extra bonus - we managed to score the property under appraised value…that means he’s walking into equity from the start! 💰💪🏻

June is national homeownership month!

Don't let rising interest rates steer you away from purchasing a home! Although an increase in rates will affect monthly mortgage payments - there are still ways to be successful as a buyer in this market (less competition, inspections, seller concessions, etc.)!

Feel free to check out this calculator to get an idea of your affordability - and please reach out if you are curious about the pre-approval or homebuying process. I would love to assist!
