This morning, I was sworn in as Magistrate of the Clermont County Probate Court after accepting the appointment from Judge James A. Shriver. This is a part-time position. I will continue in private practice in matters unrelated to my work in the Clermont County Probate Court. I look forward to this new opportunity to serve while also continuing my private practice. Special and heartfelt thanks for the unwavering support of my partner/husband and family as this new chapter begins.

COVID-19 Update: We remain open by appointment, whether that is by video conference, telephone, or in person when necessary. We will work with you to offer a variety of options for those matters that require an in-person meeting, from meeting you at your car to sign a document to scheduling an in office appointment. We are staggering all appointments (so please call first!). We are wearing masks and ask that you please do so as well.
