Today, OBN Director Donnie Anderson proudly presented a check to the Oklahoma DARE Officer's Association - ODOA as part of OBN's commitment to support drug training, education, and awareness to the citizens of Oklahoma.

The funds will help D.A.R.E. provide training for officers as they visit classrooms to equip students with the knowledge and tools they need to resist drugs, alcohol, and other high risk behaviors.

"D.A.R.E. Officers have helped save countless lives of young people by steering kids away from paths of abuse and addiction," said OBN Director Donnie Anderson. "Every student who hears their message stands a greater chance of overcoming the pressures and temptations from their peers."

OBN and D.A.R.E. Officers from across Oklahoma will be in schools all across the state later this month providing "Red Ribbon Week" presentations that encourage Oklahoma's youth to make positive, healthy, drug-free life choices.

Hey, that's our car! πŸ‘€ πŸ˜†

Thanks for thinking our squad car was cool enough to make your car spotting page! We may not have made it into the group, but we appreciate the shoutout anyway. πŸ’™

After all, we did show up to court in style. πŸš”

It’s that time of year again! πŸŽ¨πŸš”

Check out this awesome and creative D.A.R.E. box crafted by Mrs. Hicks’ class at Cedar Bluff Elementary School!

Students make these D.A.R.E. boxes as a fun, dedicated spot to drop in their questions throughout the program. How neat is this police car design? 🚨✨

A big shoutout to Mrs. Hicks and her talented students for their creativity and hard work! πŸ‘ Keep up the great work!
