I do not practice in Federal Court a lot these days. They have changed their filing procedure for "security"; and it has completely baffled me how to file documents as updated. I have been scared to even try. Today a very patient lady with the PACER Service Center spent over an hour with me, correcting all my errors and getting me ready to file. I then spent an additional 10 minutes actually filing the document in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. It is done, and I probably can do it again. I am so relieved. It is hard getting old and not understanding all the computer prompts. Thank you, Jennifer. You saved me from an imminent retirement!

Just won a big victory in Federal court today. Client was being sued for breach of employment contract. Cannot go into details, but court sided with us. This was one of the bigger cases I have had recently, and I was very nervous about it. I am feeling pretty good now.

After trying to figure it out for months, I had my good friend, and former employee, Samantha, redo my access codes to the Federal courts. And we are up and running only 3 days before I am due in court. Yay! I am so relieved!

I just filed a massive Petition for someone who is in prison, and who just maybe should not be. I feel a great sense of relief, and a bit of anxiety. We will see hot it goes. At least I will not be spending the holiday weekend fussing over it.

Filed a major Motion for summary judgment today. Have more filings to do but the big hump has passed. I think I will make it
