Online Auction - Items Left Over From Waxahachie Estate Sale
I am the administrator of an Estate with a home in Waxahachie. We had an estate sale, but there was quite a bit of personal property left over. We created an online "mini" auction for the leftover items. If anyone is interested, here is the info:
Go to: https://www.myminiauction.com/gecproperty to see the left over items being auctioned off. Many are "lots" so they include everything in the photo. We can't show you the items first - you will just have to bid based on the photos only.
Bidding is open now and ends Sunday, April 19, at 11:59pm
Items/lots have min. bids of $10 or $1
Anyone can bid.
Pickup by "appointment only" by Saturday May 2 at 5pm.
Pay by (a) check to Crane Law Firm, PLLC, 103 S. 4th Street, Midlothian, TX 76065 or (b) Zelle to 972-723-1033 (goes to my trust account).
If you bid on a "lot", you have to take everything in the photo (unless otherwise specified). One purpose for this auction is to help us clean up the property, so take everything in the photo. Note that there are a few lots where we said something was not included with the photo, such as the garage track system.
I added an extra item for all items not purchased. That way, we can get the property cleared as much as possible. But if you "win" this item, you have to take all the rest of the auction items in the house that don't sell.
You will need to coordinate with Matthew from my office at [email protected] or (972) 723-1033 to pick up your items by Sat., May 2. We will give you the address at that time. Please be somewhat flexible on the dates/times. We will do our best to accommodate, but please don't just assume we can make the exact time/date that you need without coordinating with Matthew first.
If you have any general questions, please e-mail [email protected] or call 972-723-1033.
