🏡❤️ What a special closing today!

Today I had the privilege of closing with some very special sellers. I helped them purchase their beautiful new home, and today we closed on the home they were selling. What a journey it has been!

Laura, Nick, and their family are truly amazing. Throughout this entire process, they have trusted God, prayed for His guidance, and wanted His will for their lives. 🙏

I first met Laura and the children at an open house when I was just getting started in real estate. That meeting turned into a wonderful friendship that I treasure so much.

And today, we closed on the 8th property I have had the honor of helping their family with! 🏡❤️ I can’t put into words what it means to me that they have continued to trust me to be their agent through so many chapters of their lives.

And I absolutely loved seeing Nick loading up the U-Haul today wearing his real estate hat! 😂🏡

I love this family dearly, and I am so excited to see what God has planned for them in this new beginning.

❤️ TODAY WAS SO SPECIAL! ❤️

It’s hard to believe that 7 years ago, I opened my own real estate office in Midland!

After beginning my career with Keller Williams and eventually opening a mega office, God led me to step out in faith and open Debbie Clontz Real Estate.

Seeing so many of you today meant more than I can express. One of the sweetest surprises was seeing Sandra Conner, the first family to trust me with their real estate journey. Sandra, your mom, and your brothers will always hold a special place in my heart.

Even though it rained halfway through, we still had a wonderful day! Cinnamon rolls that would melt in your mouth, Milk and Honey coffee, pumpkins, and T-shirts made for a perfect day.

God has blessed me with wonderful families, the opportunity to encourage and train new agents, and an amazing team to work alongside. I’m especially grateful for Mark and my family, whose love and support made this journey possible.

Seven years later, I’m still doing what I love: helping people, serving families, and giving God all the glory. 🙏❤️

Thank you to everyone who came today and to every person who has trusted me over the years. I love you all!
