After 25 years in litigation, I’ve learned something important about conflict.
Most people do not walk away from conflict feeling heard, even when they win.
Last week, I completed mediator training at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies, and I’m excited to officially add mediation services to my practice.
I have spent decades working through high stakes disputes, emotionally charged situations, and difficult negotiations. Mediation offers people a different path. One with less damage, lower cost, and more control over the outcome.
I am now accepting mediation matters and I welcome referrals from attorneys, law firms, businesses, and individuals seeking a thoughtful, prepared, practical approach to dispute resolution.
The legal system needs strong litigators. It also needs lawyers who know when resolution serves people better than another fight.
