The best real estate stories aren't really about the house... they're about the people. 💜
When these sellers asked me to help them sell their home, they were already preparing for one of life's biggest transitions. They were preparing to welcome their fourth child while building a new home and getting this one ready to sell.
Because they wanted to get their home on the market as quickly as possible, they chose to temporarily move in with family for a couple weeks so we could professionally stage the home and present it in its very best light. Just days later, they welcomed their sweet baby into the world. And 2 weeks later, they moved into their new construction home. Through it all, they embraced the inconvenience, were open to recommendations, and never lost sight of the bigger goal.
Like every good story, this one had a few unexpected plot twists. Changing timelines and shifting circumstances could have easily become overwhelming, but these sellers met every challenge with patience, flexibility, and grace.
That's one of the things I admired most about working with them. They trusted the process, stayed focused on the end goal, and never let the unexpected derail what they were working toward.
