🤣🤣🤣Things they don't teach you in real estate school...

Tenant: There is a bad smell in the kitchen. I think a mouse died behind the frig.

Landlord: I sent my guy over there and there is no mouse behind the frig.

Tenant: Can you ask Joy to stop by to see if she can figure out what the smell is?

Of course I figured it out. No mouse, just a freezer that needed a very good cleaning. Living in NY and owning rentals I'd know either of those smells from a mile away. Lol The nose knows.
