It was great speaking about remote notarization with my friends and colleagues in Coastal LeTip this morning. And I was able to do it from the Millennium Falcon in my comfy Chewbacca outfit. Numerous states have put in place emergency measures to help Notaries to carry out their duties. For the most part, laws surrounding it are still be fleshed out and developed especially as it relates to protecting against fraud.
