The good news: I have finally received my updated commission certificate with my new last name!
The not-so-good news: I’m still waiting for my updated stamp. Until I receive that, I cannot notarized any documents.
I PROMISE, the day I receive the stamp, I will let everyone know that I’m back in business!

I am happy to announce that I am now authorized to do REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY work!
What this means… there is an endorcement on my notary license & if you need notary work done anywhere in the United States, I am permitted to use the state approved video/audio system to meet with you remotely and notarize your documents for you! I can also do them while you’re out of the country IF, the paperwork is pertaining to/associated with business/property in the United States.

I’m happy to announce that I have finished my course and been approved by the State of Indiana as a licensed Title Insurance Producer. This was an important piece of the puzzle I needed in order to successfully move forward with my new business adventure!
