Pre-Covid it was a challenge to get a table here at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds for your closing. Being there today reminded me how much Covid has changed the real estate practice, some good, some bad, make sure you are working with an experienced attorney that understands these changes if you are buying, selling or refinancing.
