What happens when you bring together passionate professionals, dedicated leaders, and a room full of great ideas? A whole lot of inspiration!

I had the incredible opportunity to attend Provision (Provisors’ Group Leader Conference) in Los Angeles, where I connected with amazing group leaders from across the country, exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and learned so much about what makes our ProVisors community so special.

One of my biggest takeaways? Great groups don’t happen by accident. They’re built through intentional leadership, meaningful relationships, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping one another succeed.

I’m back in Miami energized, inspired, and armed with plenty of ideas that I can’t wait to share with my Executive Committee as we continue to grow and strengthen our Estate & Succession Planning Affinity Group.

A huge thank you to ProVisors for bringing us together and to all the incredible leaders who were so generous with their knowledge, experiences, and ideas.

The best part of ProVisors has always been the people. This conference was a perfect reminder of why.

Not every struggle looks like a struggle.

Sometimes, it hides behind the biggest smile, the loudest laugh, or the person who seems to have it all together.

Sometimes, it looks like canceled plans, unanswered messages, missed deadlines, tardiness, or irritability.

And sometimes, it looks like someone who shows up every day, takes care of everyone else, and quietly struggles to take care of themselves.

Mental health struggles aren’t always visible, and someone’s behavior doesn’t always tell their whole story.

Before labeling someone as lazy, unreliable, rude, or difficult, consider what they might be carrying that you cannot see.

On World Mental Health Day, remember that compassion doesn’t require an explanation, and kindness costs nothing.

Be gentle with people. You never know what battles they’re fighting behind the scenes. 💚

Sixteen years ago today, I raised my right hand and took an oath that would shape far more than my career.
I promised to practice with integrity, to honor the courts, to counsel with truth, and to serve my clients faithfully. In the years since, that oath has followed me into every courtroom, every difficult conversation, every client meeting, every hard-fought case, and every season of growth.
A lot has changed in 16 years. The lawyer in these photos could not have imagined everything that would come next. But the promise remains the same.
I’m grateful for the people who believed in me then, the clients who have trusted me since, and the privilege of continuing to do work that matters.
