We're adding to our bankruptcy and insolvency team in Miami, and we have three positions open:

· Senior Bankruptcy Attorney
· Associate Attorney
· Bankruptcy Paralegal

The work spans Chapter 7 trustee representation, creditor representation, avoidance litigation, and Florida assignments for the benefit of creditors. Small teams, direct partner contact, and real responsibility early.

All three roles are full time and hybrid, based in our downtown Miami office.

👏 A big thank you to our firm administrator, Randy Cloud, who spent last Thursday morning on the AI panel at the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators Fall Education Conference.

He shared the stage with Jennifer Waite of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and Melissa Hansel of Outlook Advisory Group, with Stacy Jenkins of Kraft Kennedy moderating.

Much of what Randy talked about is work he has led here this year: putting AI to use behind the scenes so our attorneys can spend more of their time where it counts, with clients. We are lucky to have him, and it was great to see him share that work with his peers.

📅 This Thursday our firm administrator, Randy Cloud, is on the AI panel at the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators Fall Education Conference in Atlanta.

Here is the short version of what he is bringing to it. At Dunn Law, artificial intelligence works on the routine: the checks, the reviews, the closes, the calendars. It moves a file along and it flags what deserves a second look.
