One of the most common patterns we’re seeing lately involves delayed diagnosis.
Patients come in with ongoing symptoms, but testing is postponed, or concerns are not fully evaluated. By the time the issue is identified, the condition may have progressed.
We’re also seeing cases where follow-up care falls short, resulting in missed communication, inadequate monitoring, or gaps in treatment that can lead to complications.
These situations can be difficult for patients and families to recognize in real time, which is why awareness matters.
